    Payment can be arranged when scheduling. Venmo/Zelle/Credit Card are accepted.
  • How do I schedule a ride for my dog?
    You can schedule a ride by calling or texting 480- 489- 2775. We recommend booking at least the night before to ensure availability.
  • How do you ensure the safety of my pet during transportation?
    Safety is our top priority. Our vehicles are equipped with secure and gated seats and safety harnesses. Our staff is trained in pet first aid, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for your pet.
  • What if my dog has special needs or medical conditions?
    We can accommodate dogs with special needs or medical conditions. Please provide detailed information about your dog’s requirements when booking the service so we can ensure proper care.
  • Can you pick up my dog for a ride and play if I am not home?
    Yes! Just communicate with our staff via email/text your preferred pickup and drop off expectations. Some clients might choose to leave a key under a mat, leave the back door open, etc.
  • What services does The Bark Bus AZ offer?
    The Bark Bus offers “ride and play” and on demand pet transportation. We pick up your dog from your home, take them to a local dog park for exercise and socialization, and then return them safely back to you.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the ride fee.
  • Are your services suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?
    Yes, our services are designed to cater to dogs of all breeds and sizes. Our team is experienced in handling a wide variety of dogs. Please be able to provide proof of vaccination and spay/neuter at first service.
  • How long is a ride and play session?
    Typical ride and play sessions last anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on routes for the day, number of dogs, weather, and traffic conditions.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We currently serve the Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, and Chandler Arizona area. If we do not yet offer service in your area, please check back in the future as we are currently expanding.
  • What qualifications do your staff have?
    Our team includes certified pet first aid responders and a professional dog trainer, ensuring that your pets are in safe and capable hands during their ride and play sessions.
